Student should not be absent from school except for special
reasons for which leave should be asked previously in writing in
the prescribed leave record in the school diary.
Absence on the school reopening day is not allowed.
A student who is late or absent because of unforeseen
circumstances must forward his or her excuse through the leave
record in the school diary. This shall be signed by the H.M
before the child is admitted.
Students should attend regularly all the classes, games, assemblies,
meetings and activities at the school, as regular attendance will
lead them to progress.
Leave will not be granted except on written application from
parents. In case of absence due to sickness or other emergencies,
a leave letter must be sent to the school on the first day of
attending..
If a student is absent for a long period due to illness or other
reasons the school authorities should be informed immediately
have to submit an explanatory letter to the H.M, written by the
parents / guardians.
Leave on medical ground should be supported by proper Medical
Certificate.
Irregular attendance and prolonged absence will lead to removal
of the name from the rolls.
